A: Yes. We will provide coverage consistent with your plan when you are using an RV to tow.

A: Yes. We welcome you to request a mailed packet when you complete your membership.

A: Yes. With Auto Renew you will only pay the activation fee for your initial membership.
Q: Can I use my membership to get help if my truck breaks down when I am not hauling?
A: Yes. You may request service covered under your plan even when you are not hauling.
Q: Do I have to pay a deductible?
A: There is no deductible.
Q: If I get held up on my trip, will American EquiService help me find a place to keep my horses temporarily?
A: Yes. We have an extensive collection of emergency boarding facilities across the nation.
Q: How long does it take for help to arrive once I have requested service?
A: While we cannot guarantee a specific time, our contracted service providers understand the unique issues associated with hauling horses. They will act as quickly as possible to remedy the situation.
Q: Will you tow my trailer with horses inside?
A: Yes. We will do whatever is safest for you and the horses in that situation.
Q: Will my horses be towed home if my truck breaks down?
A: Yes. If your tow vehicle is inoperable, we will haul your horses to a nearby emergency boarding facility, or to your home if it is within 100 miles.
Q: Is my trailer covered if I’m using someone else’s truck to tow?
A: Yes. Your Member Benefits apply even if you are driving someone else’s truck.
